PATIENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST - DERMATOLOGY (Ellisville)

Greet and check in patients professionally; answer multi-line phones and direct calls appropriately; schedule and confirm appointments using electronic medical records; verify insurance information and collect co-pays or balances; enter and update patient information accurately into the system; maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area; assist with filing, faxing, scanning, and other clerical tasks as needed; ensure patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. This role requires a friendly, detail-oriented individual with basic computer skills and the ability to type 30 wpm. The position is full-time within the SCC Dermatology department at South Central Regional Medical Center.
