Job Summary
Patient Experience Specialist to advocate for patients and families, resolve requests and concerns, listen actively to ensure patients feel heard, coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams, maintain accurate documentation, create monthly/quarterly reports, apply service recovery techniques, participate in patient experience training programs, and present patient issues clearly to leadership; requires strong communication, empathy, confidentiality, organizational skills, and ability to analyze patient feedback data for trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Hospitality, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years related work experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry
