Job Summary
Schedule patients for all clinical appointments by processing inbound faxes and managing outbound digital leads. Enter and verify patient demographic and insurance information, then prepare patients for upcoming visits by setting expectations and answering questions. Overcome objections and resolve inquiries without escalation, closing each call with a lasting impression. Maintain a pleasant attitude and provide detailed communication regarding pricing, providers, and location. Stay current with company updates and serve as a role model to the team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of 1 years' experience with the Concierge Engagement Team and/or 1 years' experience of customer service experience in healthcare
- Basic computer skills
- Effective written and verbal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

- Call center experience
- Experience working with practice management software
