Job Summary
Schedule patients for all clinical appointments by processing inbound faxes, answering calls, and entering demographic and insurance data. Overcome objections and prepare patients for upcoming visits by setting expectations and providing detailed communication regarding services, providers, pricing, and location. Manage inquiries and concerns independently to resolve issues without escalation, ensuring accurate post-call data entry and follow-up. Maintain a helpful attitude while staying current with company updates and clinic changes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of 1 years' experience with the Concierge Engagement Team and/or 1 years' experience of customer service experience in healthcare
- Basic computer skills
- Effective written and verbal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus

- Experience working with practice management software
