Patient Experience Pro

Answer incoming phone calls, route inquiries, and register patients over the phone while scheduling appointments and confirming times. Enter demographics, financial information, and insurance card details into the computer system, then process transactions and verify eligibility. Collect and make copies of driver's licenses, keep the work area organized, and perform required clerical tasks. Maintain excellent phone etiquette by taking messages and returning voicemails. Support the team by remaining flexible with scheduling and floating to other Bethany Clinic locations as needed to maintain quality pediatric care. Bilingual Spanish speakers are required for this full-time role at our OKC metro area clinic.
