Job Summary
Patient Experience Monitor in CDMX region tasked with ensuring treatment adherence by developing and implementing patient support strategies, educating patients, families, healthcare providers and insurers about therapy options and insurance requirements, coordinating patient information with internal/external clients, identifying barriers to ongoing treatment, generating patient support networks, and ensuring mandatory documentation (privacy notices and informed consent). The role includes scheduled hospital visits across the region and requires travel; candidates should have health-sciences background (nursing or medical) and experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector, with basic MS Office proficiency and intermediate English.

- Experience in pharmaceutical industry
