Job Summary
Patient Experience Liaison in a hospital setting serving as a liaison between patients/visitors and the care team to facilitate seamless communication, prompt service delivery, and enhanced patient experience. Responsibilities include welcoming patients/visitors, proactive rounding, communicating status and next steps, responding to call lights, coordinating with mobility techs and clinical care teams, addressing service gaps (comfort, cleanliness, nutrition), ensuring safe handling of patient belongings with security collaboration, ADA coordination for auxiliary aids, and adherence to patient safety goals. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of customer service experience; BCLS and HEART training within specified timelines. Full-time role with benefits starts on Day 1, located in Titusville, FL.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One year to two years in Customer Service
- BCLS through American Heart Association (to be obtained within first six months of hire)
- H.E.A.R.T training and competency required within 90 days of hire
