Patient Experience Coordinator

Welcome every patient with warmth and professionalism while delivering a luxury, concierge-style experience from check-in through checkout. Answer inquiries via phone, email, and text; schedule appointments to maximize provider utilization; and convert leads, consultations, and walk-ins into booked appointments. Educate patients on services, memberships, and treatment options; recommend packages based on provider guidance; and help patients understand financing options. Process payments accurately, verify patient information, and update electronic medical records using CRM and scheduling software. Maintain a clean reception area, manage office inventory, and support marketing initiatives and community outreach. Collaborate with providers, nurses, and management while ensuring HIPAA compliance and maintaining extensive knowledge of all treatments and wellness programs.
