Job Summary
Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, delivering a luxury concierge experience from check-in through checkout. Answer inquiries via phone, email, and text, then schedule appointments while maximizing provider schedules and treatment room utilization. Convert leads, consultations, and walk-ins into booked appointments by educating patients on services, memberships, and treatment options. Process payments accurately, verify patient information, and update electronic medical records using CRM and scheduling software. Maintain an organized reception area, manage office inventory, and support marketing initiatives and community outreach. Collaborate closely with providers and staff while maintaining HIPAA compliance and meeting individual sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail sales, or a patient-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers and scheduling software
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Medical spa, aesthetics, wellness, concierge medicine, chiropractic, dental, or functional medicine experience
- Experience with membership sales
- Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Knowledge of IV therapy, hormone optimization, peptides, medical weight loss, injectables, aesthetics, and wellness services
- Experience using CRM systems and electronic medical records
