Job Summary
Front-of-house role as Patient Experience Coordinator for Hodson & Meister Orthodontics. You are the first and last impression for patients, handling phones, scheduling, check-ins, insurance verification, and patient questions with confidence and accuracy. You’ll manage the schedule, confirm appointments, send reminders, process paperwork, and discuss payment options with patients using OrthoFi. Requires bilingual English/Spanish, reliability, comfort with orthodontic software, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, in-person position in North Miami Beach, FL, reporting to the Office Manager and supporting the clinical team. Training and advancement opportunities are available.
Required Qualifications
- Fully bilingual English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Reliable, five days a week
- Smart and self-directed
- Comfortable with technology (Cloud9 Ortho and OrthoFi)
- Strong communicator (phone, writing, in-person)
- Located in or near North Miami Beach
