Job Summary
Drive enrollment targets for cosmetic and personal care clinical studies by proactively contacting leads, screening and qualifying participants based on protocol criteria, scheduling appointments, and partnering with clinic teams to ensure smooth study execution. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (undergraduate degree preferred); candidates with outbound calling, sales, recruiting, or customer acquisition experience and strong communication/objection-handling skills will thrive in a high-activity, target-driven role focused on delivering qualified participants into studies on time.
