Job Summary
Provide in-home patient education and product demonstrations for BioTAB equipment, including setup, testing, and removal during home trials. Verify patient insurance coverage for DME, gather demographic/medical information, and document intake accurately. Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop care plans, conduct follow-up calls/visits to monitor progress, and educate patients on equipment usage and troubleshooting. Maintain clear communication with patients, families, and healthcare team, and ensure compliant documentation in the agency system while adhering to CMS, HIPAA, and OFCCP guidelines. Requires frequent travel within the territory, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Salesforce, MS Office, and Apple products; willingness to lift 40 pounds and complete a background check. This is a full-time role reporting to Regional Managers with emphasis on process execution, quality control, and patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals
- Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office, Apple products
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds and travel frequently within territory
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Background check clearance
- HIPAA compliance knowledge
- Agency CMS and OFCCP guideline familiarity
- Willingness to modify duties per disability accommodation
