Job Summary
In-home Patient Educator role conducting patient education and equipment demonstrations for BioTAB healthcare devices. Responsibilities include receiving referrals, collecting demographic/medical/insurance information, transporting and setting up equipment for home trials, verifying insurance coverage, developing care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals, performing follow-up calls/visits to monitor progress, providing ongoing patient education and troubleshooting, maintaining clear documentation and records, and ensuring compliance with CMS, OFCCP, and privacy regulations. Requires strong communication, ability to travel within the assigned territory, proficiency with Salesforce/MS Office/Apple products, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
