Job Summary
Lead regional patient education initiatives across multiple US locations for a rare disease portfolio, delivering disease state and product education to patients and caregivers, coordinating with infusion sites and REMS activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align patient education with business strategies. Responsibilities include planning and executing patient engagement programs, educational events at infusion sites, building patient networks with advocacy groups, supporting REMS certifications and regulatory compliance, and traveling to infusion centers to provide in-depth dosing, administration education, and REMS training. Strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, education strategy development, and delivering education resources to optimize patient outcomes. Requires travel up to 60-80% and strong presentation and interpersonal skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus; nursing/healthcare background is desirable; 5+ years in healthcare/biotech with a BA/BS is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree required
- Minimum 5 years total business experience in healthcare or biotech
- Experience with IV infused products preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to travel 60-80% within territory (evenings and weekends possibly)
