Patient Education Manager, Rare Hematology and Nephrology, North Central (Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin)

Lead patient education initiatives for rare hematology and nephrology patients across the North Central region, delivering disease-state and product education to patients and caregivers, coordinating with infusion sites and REMS programs, and developing regional engagement strategies. Responsible for creating and managing regional patient engagement plans, educating patients and caregivers on disease state and infusion processes, sharing approved resources, capturing local insights to improve patient experience, and collaborating with Commercial REMS, Medical, Marketing, and Patient Services teams to align education initiatives with business goals. Execute field visits at infusion centers, support REMS certifications at sites of care, build relationships with infusion nurses and non-prescribing staff, and partner with patient advocacy groups to expand the rare disease network.
