Patient Dining Associate

Communicate between nursing units and the Food Service Department regarding patient menus, diet changes, and general services. Read patient menus twice daily and edit selections to meet dietary restrictions. Organize and manage diet orders efficiently while developing tallies for special requests. Assemble trays and deliver meals to patient rooms and nursing units. Occasionally prepare salads, desserts, beverages, and other miscellaneous food items. Requires six months of customer or food service experience. Work hours are 6:30am to 6:30pm with rotating weekend requirements.
