PATIENT DINING ASSOCIATE II

Communicate between nursing units and the Food Service Department regarding patient menus, diet changes, and general services. Read patient menus twice daily, edit selections to meet dietary restrictions, and organize diet orders to ensure optimal care. Assemble trays, deliver meals to patient rooms and nursing units, and occasionally prepare salads, desserts, and beverages. Manage menu tallies for special requests and assist supervisors with daily operations and customer service recovery. Train new associates and assist in onboarding. Requires one year of healthcare food service experience. Rotating weekend shifts from 6:30am to 6:30pm.
