Job Summary
Greet patients and customers as they enter the store, identify needs to ensure a positive, memorable experience while promoting available products and services. Schedule and confirm appointments, collect and enter patient history, perform pre-tests (noncontact tonometry auto refraction, visual acuity, color test, stereopsis test, amsler grid), and manage patient information in the system. Assist management with patient-issue resolution, track orders, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain brand standards in both the retail and lab areas. Edge lenses into frames and complete basic maintenance tasks. Foster collaboration between the retail and professional services teams to support a smooth patient journey. Exhibit strong customer service orientation, effective communication, empathy, proactive problem solving, and the ability to multi-task in a team environment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers
- Effective communication with diverse groups

- Problem solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and be flexible with changing business needs
