Job Summary
Greet patients promptly, answer phones, and manage patient flow to ensure smooth check-in/out experiences. Double-check insurance authorizations, verify correct payments, and complete daily reconciliations to close the cash drawer. Maintain accurate flow sheets while upholding HIPAA compliance and company policies. Provide exceptional customer service during every encounter, whether in person or by phone, and adapt to varying shift schedules as needed. Reliable transportation is required to support multiple work locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Favorable result on Background Check
- Basic computer skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excitement to learn and grow
- Reliable transportation that would allow employee to go to multiple work locations with minimal notice
- Commitment to work over 40 hours to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees in a courteous, professional manner at all times
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
