Job Summary
Greet patients and customers as they enter the store, identify needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience while offering promotional products and services; foster a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services; schedule and confirm appointments, collect medical history information, and perform basic pre-tests and vision assessments; assist management with complaint resolution and status updates; ensure timely, accurate delivery of eyeglasses by assembling lenses and edging stock; maintain brand standards in both lab and store areas and report equipment or order issues; track delivery times to ensure commitments are met; participate in other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers
