Job Summary
Direct patient flow into clinic rooms during daily operations. Measure vital signs, including blood pressure, weight, and height, and record data on patient charts. Maintain customer service standards during check-in, status updates, and phone calls while overseeing patient tracking in Athena for co-pay collection and form completion. Ensure rooms are cleaned between patients and stocked with necessary supplies. Maintain a positive demeanor with patients, peers, supervisors, and physicians. Schedule includes Monday through Friday with no weekends or holidays.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer Service experience
