Job Summary
The Patient Coordinator serves as the key front-office contact delivering a friendly, engaging patient experience and supporting daily office operations. Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, answering phones, greeting patients, check-in/check-out, presenting treatment plans and financial estimates, scheduling and confirming appointments, handling billing concerns and copays, posting charges/payments, setting up charts, assisting patients with paperwork, and ensuring HIPAA/OSHA/ADA compliance. Requires strong customer service, communication, and computer skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and a professional appearance. Prior dental front office experience is highly preferred; Dentrix knowledge is a plus.
Required Qualifications
