Job Summary
Greet and check in patients, schedule appointments, answer incoming phone calls, verify insurance coverage, obtain authorizations, collect payments, and process new patients. Help the clinic maintain optimal performance by collaborating with clinicians to provide exceptional patient care and customer service. Work 40 hours/week in Otsego, MN, with Friday mornings required from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and other shifts ranging from early morning to late evening.
Required Qualifications
- Friday mornings are required (approximately 7:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.)
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Great time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations
- Adaptability and positive attitude with fluctuating workloads
- Self-motivated with the eagerness to learn and grow
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
