Job Summary
Patient Coordinator responsible for front-desk and administrative duties to support clinic operations and patient experience. Responsibilities include greeting and check-in, scheduling appointments, answering calls, verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations, collecting payments, processing new patients, and maintaining efficient front-office workflows in a multidisciplinary Ivy Rehab clinic offering physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA services. Must be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and committed to delivering world-class patient care and service. This role emphasizes administrative excellence, teamwork with clinicians, and contributing to the clinic’s performance and growth in Lincolnton, NC.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
