Job Summary
Greet and check in patients, schedule appointments, and answer incoming phone calls. Verify insurance coverage, obtain necessary authorizations, collect payments, and process new patients. Help the clinic maintain optimal performance by collaborating with clinicians and colleagues to provide exceptional patient care. This role supports physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA services within Ivy Rehab's network of over 500 locations.
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Great time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations
- Adaptability and positive attitude with fluctuating workloads
