Job Summary
Patient Coordinator in West Milford, NJ for Ivy Rehab Network clinics. Responsible for front-desk administrative duties and patient experience, including greeting/check-in, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations, collecting payments, processing new patients, and supporting clinic operations across orthopedics and therapy services. Full-time 40 hours/week with a focus on administrative excellence and patient care within a multi-disciplinary therapy network.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
