Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter, greeting patients promptly and managing patient flow in the office. Answer phones for external and internal calls while practicing urgency with patients' time and the Doctor's schedule. Collect correct payments based on knowledge of common fees and complete daily reconciliations to close the day. Perform general office duties and cleaning as assigned by the manager. Full-time hours Monday-Friday 7:30am-6pm, Saturday 8am-12pm, with occasional schedule adjustments. Requires reliable transportation for multiple locations and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 lbs
- Strong fine motor skills and full use of hands
- Visual and auditory acuity—including color, depth, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus—is required 100% of the time
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees in a courteous, professional manner at all times
- Commitment to work over 40 hours to meet the needs of the business
- Reliable transportation that would allow employee to go to multiple work locations with minimal notice
