Job Summary
Full-Time Patient Coordinator at the Middletown Office performs front office duties, supports patients, providers, and staff, handles all incoming calls and scheduling tasks, manages online leads, and maintains a positive, professional, and welcoming atmosphere. Must understand provider-to-patient flow, assist with inventory and supplies, participate in training, and leverage EMR/patient scheduling software. Requires healthcare experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and openness to working Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Healthcare Experience is required
- Medical Receptionist Experience preferred
- Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred
- Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Excellent patient relation and customer services skills
