Patient Coordinator - Float - Part Time

A Patient Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients, setting the tone for their visit through excellent patient care. Responsibilities include facilitating patient flow, verifying medical and vision insurances, communicating with patients, doctors, and managers, answering inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and performing administrative duties to ensure smooth check-in/out. The role requires exceptional customer service, professional demeanor, teamwork, initiative, and the ability to work across multiple clinic locations; travel to other clinics in the area is required as needed. The position also involves general office duties, cash handling, daily reconciliations, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Open availability to work varied shifts within the stated hours is required.
