Job Summary
A Patient Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for patients, delivering excellent patient care and handling essential administrative duties to ensure smooth check-in/out processes. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, managing patient flow, handling payments and reconciliations, and performing general office duties. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected; ability to work across multiple locations and adapt to a dynamic clinical environment is important. The role requires a commitment to working over 40 hours when needed and reliable transportation to multiple work locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
