Job Summary
Schedule treatment, recall, and observation appointments; confirm all appointments and call patients past 10 minutes. Process payments, import authorizations, and handle no-show reports. Check patients in and out, verify eligibility and information on file, and scan NPPs into the system. Manage daily sign-in sheets and schedule patients from the ASAP list. Take calls throughout the day and assist with checkout duties as needed. Requires regular, predictable attendance. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. CHOICE is the largest pediatric dental provider in the Southwest.
Required Qualifications
- Regular, predictable attendance is required
- Ability to get along and work effectively with others
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ months of healthcare/dental front office experience is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
