Job Summary
Conduct daily front office tasks to build trust and loyalty with patients by scheduling appointments, confirming visits, organizing charts, and verifying insurance and payment collection. Provide superior patient service with compassion while balancing nightly deposits and credit card processing in accordance with company policies and dental board standards. Participate in a four-week training program to succeed in this role, reporting directly to the Manager. High school diploma or equivalent required.
