Job Summary
Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards. Report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to help create lasting impressions and build trust with patients. Participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection, balance nightly deposits and credit card processing. Support the practice with administrative duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Must be age 18 or older
