Job Summary
As a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) at Aspen Dental, you will perform daily front office tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients. You’ll schedule and confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and handle payment collection, while balancing nightly deposits and contributing to a supportive, compliant dental-office environment. You’ll participate in a four-week training program and report to the Manager, delivering compassionate patient service and helping ensure adherence to company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards. The role emphasizes customer service, time management, organization, and teamwork within a fast-paced dental practice.
