Job Summary
As a Patient Experience Coordinator at Aspen Dental, you’ll perform daily front office tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients. You’ll schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, organize charts, balance nightly deposits, and support patient service with compassion and adherence to policies and dental board standards. You’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role and contribute to a supportive, collaborative culture with a comprehensive benefits package.
