Patient Coordinator

Patient Coordinator responsible for customer service and patient care tasks to ensure a positive patient experience, including patient registration, insurance verification, medical records preparation, and providing clear pre/post-appointment instructions. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering calls, obtaining authorizations, assisting with documentation in HIPAA-compliant systems, transporting patients as needed, maintaining a clean work area, scheduling appointments, and supporting clinical staff with documentation and image delivery. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, CPR, valid driver's license as applicable, willingness to travel to multiple sites, and strong customer service and organizational skills. Bilingual in Spanish and knowledge of medical terminology are a plus.
