Job Summary
Patient Coordinator supports patient experience in mobile radiology and oncology settings by greeting patients, registering in systems, verifying insurance and obtaining prior authorization, collecting time-of-service payments, providing pre/post procedure instructions, transporting patients as needed, and ensuring accurate documentation in EMR while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Requires strong customer service, organizational skills, CPR certification, valid driver’s license, ability to travel to multiple sites, and bilingual capabilities (Spanish a plus).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR Certification
- Valid state driver\'s license
- Ability to work at several locations
- COVID-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment
- Spanish bilingual is a plus
