Job Summary
Assess patient needs and build rapport to drive action through in-person consultations at Bosley locations. Create a sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism under pressure and managing relationships with patients, physicians, and team members. Utilize advanced surgical and non-surgical hair restoration technology to help people change their lives. Requires quick study skills, self-starter attitude, and excellent interpersonal abilities. Bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Previous 3-5 years of consultative experience
- Is a quick study
- Can immediately build rapport
- Can assess the patient's needs
- Can create a sense of urgency to drive action
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be a self-starter
- Must be accountable
- Must be highly motivated to hit and exceed targets
- Must maintain professionalism and poise constantly
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Responsible DMV record
