Patient Concierge - Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery

Engage patients politely and compassionately during all practice-based interactions while performing check-in, consent, check-out, and real-time eligibility verification. Deliver waiting room concierge service, support kiosk check-in processes, and handle point-of-service payment collection and patient inquiries. Facilitate practice opening and closing procedures, manage incoming mail and deliveries, and process faxes. Partner with Access Center Patient Engagement Partners to address scheduling requests and connect clinical triage specialists to care teams. Maintain a solution-oriented mindset to anticipate patient needs through collaboration with organizational departments. Requires sitting, standing, and walking for up to eight hours with occasional lifting to 30 pounds. High school graduate preferred with one year of practice-based experience.
