Job Summary
Patient Concierge in Orthopedics at St. Luke’s focuses on delivering an exceptional patient experience and serving as a patient advocate. Responsibilities include polite check-in/check-out, pre-registration, real-time eligibility verification, MyChart education, appointment/testing scheduling, payment collection at point of service, handling patient inquiries, managing waiting room concierge services, mail/delivery processing, cash reconciliation, and coordinating with Access Center and clinical teams for time-sensitive requests. Requires strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; emphasizes compliance, patient-centric service, empathy, and time management. Prefer candidates with practice-based healthcare experience and customer service background. High School graduate or equivalent required.
