Patient Concierge

Front Desk Patient Concierge at Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics ensures a 5-star patient experience by greeting patients, communicating visit overviews, processing paperwork and insurance verifications, and scheduling appointments (including new patients, recalls, and emergencies). The role is cross-trained to support basic back-office functions and requires strong communication, organization, and adaptability, with preferred experience in dental office management and familiarity with Dentrix/Dolphin software. Must be able to operate MS Office and provide excellent customer service in a multispecialty dental setting.
