Patient Concierge, Gastroenterology

Patient Concierge in gastroenterology responsible for advocating for patients and delivering a compassionate, patient-centric experience. Performs clerical duties including check-in/check-out, pre-registration and real-time eligibility verification, registration, MyChart education, appointment/testing scheduling, payment collection, and handling patient inquiries. Delivers waiting room concierge service, supports opening/closing procedures, mail processing, cash management, and indexation of faxes. Collaborates with Access Center Patient Engagement Partners and Clinical Triage Specialists to address time-sensitive scheduling and clinical inquiries. Requires excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, empathy, and time-management skills; travel to additional site required.
