Job Summary
Greet patients and parents upon arrival, manage check-in processes, and update contact, insurance, and health records. Answer incoming calls professionally while proactively assessing needs to minimize wait times and ensure smooth visits. Collaborate with doctors and staff to communicate patient requirements and maintain clean, stocked reception areas and bathrooms. Capture patient photos to support internal marketing initiatives. This role reports to the Office Manager and contributes to industry-leading patient satisfaction and strong Net Promoter Scores.
