Patient Concierge - Cardiology

The Patient Concierge in Cardiology acts as a patient advocate to deliver a distinctive patient experience and supports practice-based administrative and patient services. Responsibilities include polite, prompt interactions with patients; clerical functions such as check-in/check-out, pre-registration, real-time eligibility verification, registration, MyChart education, and scheduling; patient inquiries handling; concierge services in the waiting area; processing mail and deliveries; cash handling and reconciliation; scanning and indexing faxes; collaboration with Access Center for scheduling and clinical inquiries; and maintaining a patient-centric, compliant, solutions-oriented service mindset with strong communication, empathy, and time-management skills.
