Patient Concierge

The Patient Concierge will greet patients and parents, manage check-in, and maintain accurate contact, insurance, and health information. Responsibilities include coordinating the patient experience, collaborating with doctors and staff to minimize wait times, maintaining reception areas and patient bathrooms, supporting internal marketing initiatives, and providing general administrative/front-office support. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, a professional phone presence, a friendly, customer-focused demeanor, and the ability to connect with children and families. This role contributes to delivering an exceptional patient experience and supports the practice’s friendly, professional environment.
