Patient Companion Flex Team, PRN, Brunswick

Maintain a safe and clean environment at the bedside of patients daily by providing 1:1 observance of patient behavior and positioning yourself in the room to ensure constant visual observation. Deliver proper interventions for patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction while developing positive relationships with patients, guests, other team members, and medical staff. Prior experience as a Patient Companion is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
