Patient CareTechnician

Coordinate daily patient care including hygiene, skin care, mobility, and monitoring. Perform or assist with all unit procedures, administer treatments per policy, and manage equipment. Monitor basic physiological parameters, record vital signs, and report significant deviations immediately. Assist with elimination, specimen collection, and POC testing as needed. Provide age-appropriate care across developmental stages, ensure patient safety, and respond effectively to emergencies. Communicate respectfully with patients and team members while maintaining professional composure in high-stress situations.
