Patient Care Technician

Deliver direct patient care by assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding while monitoring vital signs and documenting observations. Report changes in patient condition promptly to the RN/LPN and support admission, transfer, and discharge processes. Maintain a therapeutic environment through housekeeping tasks, patient safety checks, and equipment management for vital sign machines and lifts. Work full-time nights under clinical supervision, requiring Basic Life Support certification within 30 days.
