Patient Care Technician

Deliver essential direct patient care under RN/LPN supervision by assisting with personal hygiene, physical care, and vital sign monitoring. Accurately document intake/output, weight, and blood glucose readings while reporting changes in patient condition promptly. Support admission, transfer, and discharge processes, and maintain a therapeutic environment through housekeeping tasks and patient safety checks. Operate vital sign machines, glucose meters, scales, and lifts as needed. Requires High School Diploma or GED, Basic Life Support within 30 days, and prior healthcare experience preferred. Work M-T 1100-2100 at CommonSpirit Memorial, an award-winning not-for-profit serving Southeast Tennessee and Northwest Georgia.
