Patient Care Technician

Assist patients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, oral care, and dressing while maintaining their dignity. Aid with mobility transfers, ambulation, and the use of walkers, wheelchairs, or Hoyer Lifts under supervision. Support nutrition by preparing meals, feeding patients, monitoring intake and output, and assisting with post-mortem care. Provide incontinence care including catheter management and bowel/bladder training. Maintain a clean environment by making beds, sanitizing equipment, and organizing spaces. Respond promptly to patient calls for comfort measures like repositioning and hydration. Document care through forms, reports, and logs. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient needs. Work night shifts 8-16 hours weekly with free parking.
